About Company
Parnian Rubber Compound Company produces general and specialized rubber-based compounds. The production of high-quality and consistently high-quality compounds using modern production equipment and precise laboratory machinery is the company's specialty. Parnian Rubber Compound Company was established in summer 2023, and immediately based on the prepared plan, the purchase of production machinery and laboratory equipment began from both domestic and foreign sources. After preparing the factory infrastructure and installing the purchased machinery and equipment, the company's first product was sold on July 6, 2024. The company is newly established, but all managers and investors have extensive experience in the industry, bringing a wealth of experience and knowledge with a fresh spirit, and the company began operations with modern equipment and advanced technology.
Compounds We Produce
Various rubber compounds are feasible and produced based on orders.
- - SBR, NR, PBR or their alloy-based rubber compounds for various functions such as suspension parts, coating for mining wire ropes, and vibration dampers.
- - NBR-based rubber compounds for sealing in hydrocarbon environments such as natural gas and motor oil, and applications like gas household appliances, packages, and specialized valves based on standards with the best performance when producing smooth and glossy parts with minimal flash.
- - EPDM-based rubber compounds for various uses such as brake oil, door seals, dust boots, cable passage, and similar applications.
- - CR-based rubber compounds with excellent properties and outstanding processability for specialized applications like pole boots.
- - Silicone-based rubber compounds with various electrical resistances for different applications such as rubber coatings for insulators, surge arresters, and dust boots.
- - Production of rubber compounds based on special polymer bases such as ACM, HNBR, NBR/PVC, Viton, and other special alloy compounds for special applications like conductive or insulating rubbers.
